Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Who we are and how this works
These terms apply when you use willingnestclinic.com, book a call or session, or buy a course. By booking or buying, you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- The platform. CWALERA SIB S.R.L. (Str. Tipografilor nr. 24, ap. 2, Sibiu, Romania; J32/177/2022; CUI 45557703) owns the website and runs the WillingNest Clinic platform. It offers the platform, free of charge or for a fee depending on the arrangement, to partner psychologists.
- Psychological services. Therapy, counselling and assessment are provided by the partner psychologists through their own registered practices: Cojocaru Andrei-Raul Cabinet Individual de Psihologie and Alexandra-Maria Iurian Cabinet Individual de Psihologie. Each is licensed by the Colegiul Psihologilor din România and works under its Code of Ethics. Each practice invoices its own sessions.
- Courses and training. Online courses and training are provided and invoiced by CWALERA SIB S.R.L.
- Contact: office@willingnestclinic.com
2. Not an emergency service
We do not provide crisis or emergency care, and we cannot respond to messages outside session times. If you are in danger, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call 112 (anywhere in the EU) or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency department.
3. Booking, prices and payment
The first 15-minute call is free and carries no obligation. Sessions last 60 minutes and take place online. In-person sessions in Maastricht are available until 19 December 2026 and cost €15 more.
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Individual session, standard | €90 |
| Individual session, EU university students | €63 |
| Individual session, low income | €45 |
| Package of 5 individual sessions (valid 2 months) | €400 |
| Package of 10 individual sessions (valid 4 months) | €800 |

| Package of 10 couple sessions (valid 4 months) | €1,000 |
We do not ask for proof for the reduced rates; we trust you to choose the one that fits your situation. Prices on the booking page at the time you book apply. You pay before the session starts. You receive an invoice by email.
4. Cancelling, rescheduling and late arrival
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session, through the link in your booking email or by writing to us.
- Cancelling later than 24 hours before, or not attending: 50% of the session fee is due.
- If you are late, the session still ends at the planned time. After 15 minutes without news we treat it as a no-show.
- If we cancel or our connection fails, you get a new appointment or a full refund for that session, as you prefer.
- Packages: sessions must be used within the validity period (2 or 4 months). Sessions not used by then expire and are not refunded.
5. Online sessions and confidentiality
- Sessions take place on Google Meet. You need a stable internet connection, a camera and microphone, and a private, quiet place.
- Neither you nor we may record a session without the other’s written agreement.
- Your psychologist keeps what you share confidential, within the limits of the Romanian Code of Ethics for psychologists. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
- Online therapy is not right for everyone. If your psychologist thinks another type of care would help you more, they will tell you and suggest where to go.
- Sessions are provided under Romanian law and professional rules, wherever you are when you join.
6. Children and young people
For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian books and pays, and at least one of them gives written agreement before work starts (Romanian Code of Ethics for psychologists, art. 137 and 157). We also explain the work to the young person and ask for their own agreement. What the young person shares stays confidential, except where their safety or the law requires otherwise; we explain at the start what parents will and will not be told.
7. Courses, digital products and your right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014). How this works for us:
- Sessions and packages. If you ask us to start within the 14 days, you agree that the right of withdrawal ends once a session has fully taken place. If you withdraw before that, you get your money back, minus the sessions already held (art. 15 and 16(a)).
- Digital course (self-paced). You get access straight after payment. By buying, you ask for immediate access and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts (art. 16(m)). After that, there is no refund.
- Live course and Total Guidance. Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the start date; after that, no refund, but you can move to the next group if there is one.
- Access. Course access is personal; please do not share your login or the materials. Access lasts for at least 12 months from purchase.
To withdraw, write to office@willingnestclinic.com with your name and order. We refund within 14 days, using the same payment method.
8. Website content, liability and disputes
Content. Texts, images, videos and course materials on this site belong to CWALERA SIB S.R.L., the partner psychologists or their licensors. You may read, download and print them for your own personal use. Please do not republish, sell or adapt them without our written permission.
Information, not treatment. Articles and free resources give general information. They do not replace an individual assessment by a psychologist or a doctor.
What you send us. What you write to us stays yours. We use it only to reply to you and to provide the service you asked for.
Liability. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is always error-free or online. Therapy works differently for each person, so we cannot promise a particular result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for harm caused by our gross negligence or intent.
Complaints. Write first to office@willingnestclinic.com; we reply within 14 days. You can also contact the Romanian consumer authority ANPC or use its alternative dispute resolution service (SAL). Professional complaints about a psychologist can go to the Colegiul Psihologilor din România.
Law and courts. Romanian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the EU country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you book or buy applies to that booking or purchase.
